Weather reporter for the Association of Scribes and Scholars (ASS) sitting inside the tavern in Candolis, Irinveron, at [192,594]. She is a gnome who is not comfortable in the cold. She was assigned by Chariste, the editor of the ASS, as a field reporter to report the weather in Irinveron by climbing a tower to monitor the clouds. She talks about Juliana, an ice fisher, and Teyona, a gatherer of fur clothing. Luvela also claims to have been saved from the cold by someone from the Brother's Forge manufacturing school in the west of Irinveron. While talking to you, she has an epiphany about using a rocket or satellite to monitor the weather.
