MI Removal Ward

Affects players that use the Magic Immunity Spell.
There is a (10 + (the engineering level of the person placing it / 4))% chance each step when in the range of the ward, for magic immunity to be removed permanently forcing the victim to cast it again.
Here are the situations where the Magic Immunity Removal Ward will work:
- 1) Against other players on a PK map.
- 2) During total war between guilds. (Total War has been disabled due to abuse)
- 3) Against players with the One Perk.
- 4) Against the person who placed it.
It does not affect creatures.
Everyone can see it.
Lasts approximately 3 minutes.
