Collateral Damage Perk

You get the damage from harvesting events around you.
You only get damage from AoE (area of effect) events such like cavern walls and radon pouches etc.

You need at least a level 60 in harvesting for the perk being available to be picked.
Be very careful about taking for you do not just take damage harvesting but walking in large area near event (armor normally protecting you does not work for it is magic damage) and removal for this 1 pick point perk is same as Godless or Artificer!
