Day of faster respawns

This day can be only made on a normal day, by natural events or using the Day of Faster Respawns Stone. This day makes all Normal Creatures spawn x2 faster than their normal spawn. Such as if it took 1 hour for a Monster/Animal to spawn then it would only take 30 mins.
