May 16th 2013 Since I am probably the most active Joker finder I think I have a fairly good idea what he gives. What I havent gotten (ever) are: summoning stones red dragon scale All other finds are confirmed.
The problem with the CEL site has been identified and solved. Mercator also lists the Joker finds.
Feb. 7, 2013 update and possibly earlier updates, changes were made to the Joker rewards. Listing below is confirmed rewards as of the Feb. 7 update, which can later be used to ensure the reward list on the main page is up to date:
