Changes to page, phase #1.

1) Convert tables to wikitables.
2) Merged the 3 tables into 1 table.
3) Removed Uses and Tools columns.
4) Added new Type column for type of Alchemy: Essence, Bar and Misc.
5) Standardize Ingredients capitalization.
6) Made Ingredients links.
